QDMA Honors Michigan Group’s
Fundraising Efforts
Bogart, Ga. – The Barry County Branch of the Quality Deer Management Association has earned the 2007 Fundraising Branch of the Year Award.
Members of the Michigan group accepted the award during the QDMA Awards Breakfast, held as part of the 2007 QDMA National Convention and Whitetail Expo, in Chattanooga, Tenn. Other finalists included the Central Missouri Branch; the Midlands Branch, in South Carolina; the Northeast Michigan Branch; and the North Mountain Branch, in Pennsylvania.
“The members of the Barry County Branch know how to accomplish many things with their fundraising efforts, and they have fun doing it,” said QDMA Director of Branch Development Gene Newman. “They have been among the top fundraising branches for the past two years.
“We are proud to salute the Barry County Branch as the 207 Fundraising Branch of the Year.”
